Petitions to Regionals are only accepted for Level 8-10 athletes whose paperwork is properly filled out and submitted in the appropriate time frame
Head Tax Info
The region collects a $1.00 per athlete head tax from every USA Gymnastics Sanctioned event in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. Checks are to be payable to Region 5 USA Gymnastics and mailed to:
