Xcel Diamond Qualification Score: 35.00 AA

Individual Event Specialist (IES) Score: 9.0 per Event

Xcel Sapphire Qualification Score: 34.00 AA

Individual Event Specialist (IES) Score: 8.75 per Event

Athlete Entry Fee: $150.00 Per Athlete. Checks Payable to: Region 5 USA Gymnastics

Regional Meet Entries

All meet entries will be made through the USA Gymnastics Reservation System.

 

Regional Meet Payments

All regional meet payments will be collected through MeetMaker*. Log onto www.meetmaker.com, create or sign into your account to process your registration and remit payment. Payments may be made by credit card or bank account. Please note ACH payment has registration fee of 3% online fee (MeetMaker fee). Debit/Credit Card payment has a registration fee of 3% online fee + a 3.5% Service Fee.

 

Entry & Payment Deadline & Late Fees

 

Entries and fees are due by 11:59 PM EST on Monday, March 30, 2026 for the Xcel Gold-Sapphire Regional Championships.

 

Late fee is $25/athlete.

Illness/Injury petitions to the regional championships meets will now be accepted for:​

• Xcel Diamond and Sapphire athletes

• Graduating Seniors competing in Xcel Gold and Xcel Platinum

 

Reminder: Xcel gymnast competing all around at state who do not achieve the AA score may not advance to regionals as an event specialist.
