TRAINING CAMPS

The Region 5 Performance & Development Camp Series is built on a simple idea:
Great coaches make great athletes—and great coaches grow by learning from one another.
Region 5 is fortunate to have an incredible community of experienced, passionate coaches.
These camps are designed to bring that knowledge together and to set the Region 5 standard by creating opportunities to share ideas, strengthen mentoring relationships, and build a stronger coaching community throughout our region.
Our Goal
Our goal is to create opportunities for outstanding coaches to collaborate, learn from one another, and work toward a common mission.

Clubs bringing 9-16 athletes must bring two attending coaches
-
Initial registration is limited to 16 athletes per club
-
Clubs are welcome to bring fewer than 8 athletes
-
If space allows, additional athletes and/or coaches may be accepted after registration, but this cannot be guaranteed
-
Additional coaches beyond the required ratio may be subject to an additional registration fee
Learning together creates a lasting
One of our goals is to recognize and showcase the tremendous coaching talent that already exists within Region 5. Each event will be led by carefully selected Region 5 clinicians who have demonstrated excellence in their event area and a passion for teaching. These coaches will be hired to lead event instruction while working alongside attending coaches to share ideas, discuss progressions, and foster collaboration throughout the weekend.
As opportunities arise, Region 5 may also hire National Team staff and other highly respected coaches from across the country to complement our clinician team and provide additional expertise.
It's about connection, conversations, and collaboration
Athletes may only be registered through the USA Gymnastics reservation system by their coach or club administrator.
Coaches must accompany their athletes at the camps.
