Camp Registration Information

This year, you are able to register all of your gymnasts and coaches for ALL camps at one time and pay with one check!

Reservations will be accepted up to 4 weeks before each camp or until camp is full, whichever comes first. Camp size is limited to 120 gymnasts per session of camp. Please note that your registration is not considered accepted until your payment is received. Payments may be made with a club check.  Registrations are accepted in order of payment/postmark date.  Cost per gymnast is $150. Checks should be made payable to Region 5 Gymnastics and mailed to Tami Schaafsma, 8030 East Paris Ave SE, Caledonia, MI 49316.

To register gymnasts and coaches, please download both Excel Templates. You may export your gymnast and coach information form your club rosters on the USA Gymnastics website. See instructions on how to do this below.

Complete the Excel templates, choose "save as", and name your document "Gym Name Gymnasts Camp Entry" or "Gym Name Coaches Camp Entry".

Once documents are complete and saved, go to https://form.jotform.com/211595814467060 to complete your entry, upload your forms, and get payment information.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Our camps continue to be successful due to the many experienced and successful Region 5 coaches who graciously donate their time to work camps. Attending coaches should register through the reservation system. The camp director will contact you to discuss your preferred event assignments. Please remember that at least one working coach (who is experienced in the levels which are represented at the camp) is expected to be with gymnasts at all camps. Learning/observing coaches are also invited to attend camp. Please be sure to register them.
  • Gymnasts MAY NOT attend camp without a coach.
  • Scratches should be made by emailing tamischaafsma27@gmail.com. You may not automatically sub in another gymnast from your club. Refunds will be provided for gymnasts that are scratched before the scratch deadline, which is two week before each camp begins.
  • Remember that both athlete and professional members must have a current USA Gymnastics membership in order to attend camps. All memberships expire on 7/31/2021.  Coaches, please remember that background checks may take several weeks to process so don’t wait until the last minute to renew!
  • Gymnasts must meet the requirements for the camp for which they are registering. Gymnasts that were injured in the 2020-21 season may use their 2019-20 season to meet requirements.
