Hello,

Wishing to continue good communication and keeping you informed, this first message is a review of how to print the athlete cards from on-line. There is a 24 hour time wait period from the day the registration on-line takes place.

Printing of Membership Cards: Athlete cards are e-mailed as a PDF file within 24 hours of the request. It was never intended to be instantaneous. It was modeled after a process that Ticketmaster uses to deliver tickets to online consumers. If one receives their cards the next business day that is great because that is what was intended. The expectations of the service are explained in the How-To section. Below is the wording copied from online:

How to Re-print your Athlete Membership Card

Clubs (Individual Athletes go to the next section )
If you are a Club who wants to re-print one or more Athlete Cards do the following.

Athlete Membership Card Reprint

Answer YES if you want to reprint your Athlete Membership Card(s)
Clubs will need their Club # and Club password.
This will then bring up a screen that lists all of the members in your club.
You MUST select the Athlete Member Type in the first Drop down field.
You MUST hold down the CTRL KEY and LEFT CLICK on each Athlete you want to have the system re-print an Athlete membership card. This will HIGHLIGHT Each ATHLETE you want to re-print a card for. The system will generate the following within 24 hours.
Each EMAIL will have 1 or more attachments.
Each Attachment will have up to 6 cards with the ATHLETE MEMBER Information on it in a COLOR PDF Format. If, for example, you selected 10 ATHLETES it will send one email with 2 attachments - 6 cards in the first attachment, and 4 cards in the second attachment.
The two left over cards will be blank. You can then SAVE these attachments to your PC and (with ADOBE ACROBAT) open them and send them to a printer.
We recommend using CARD STOCK Paper to print them on. Individual Athletes
If you are an Athlete who wants to re-print their Athlete Membership Card do the following.

Answer YES if you want to reprint your Athlete Membership Card
Athletes will need their Athlete number and password.
NOTE: USA Gymnastics will not provide athlete User ID and Password information over the telephone.
Please have your club assist in printing your card if you do not have this information.
This will then bring up a screen that list your Athlete Membership Card information.
Click on the VERIFY button and the PRINT MEMBER CARD button. The system will generate the following within 24 hours.

An email will be sent with one attachment with the Athlete Membership Card on it in a color PDF format. You can then open the attachment and/or save/print it using ADOBE ACROBAT. We recommend using card stock paper when printing.
