--Minutes of July 13, 2008 meeting were read.  Updates included: Michael Crowe finished the Criteria for selection of judges for Ky and it was accepted.  Carole Liedtke produced the Ky Hall of Fame criteria and nomination form and it was accepted.  It was mentioned that not all clubs had turned in their roster of gymnasts with intended level (due by the first KQ).  It was added that the Coaches to be awarded for the 07-08 season will be Summer Crawford from Top Flight for compulsory coach and Scott Austin from Champion for Optional coach- awards to be presented at a later time.  However the minutes were accepted as read.

--Cap reiterated that the current USAG membership card must be visible at meets.  If it is pending the information sent from USAG must be visible.  The dress code was discussed with consensus that the meet director should enforce the rule.

--The Calendar in the R and P booklet needs to have the Judges Critique moved to March 1, and the Champion Derby Classic to March 14-16.

-- All are concerned that there are no bids for any of the State meets.

--Carole Liedtke attended the Regional Prep-Opt Committee meeting at Mini Congress and will send out clarifications from that meeting.

--It was noted that most committee members turned in their decision on their order of choice of judges for Nationals, Regionals and State to be compiled and turned into the Regional committee and to Michael for assigning state meets.

--It was clarified that gymnasts can compete in Individual events, and we were reminded that they can also qualify to State and Regionals.
