9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Before scheduling meeting.

Please call USAG 1-800-345 –4719 to register

NO ONSITE REGISTRATION ALLOWED. This WILL BE ENFORCED Thanks For Your COOPERATION

Here are 2 very important dates to keep in mind:
August 1st
Phase 1 Meet Priority Postmark Deadline
State Series Bids Postmark these will be awarded at the Board meeting held 10:00am Sunday August 8th
August 8th
Meet Scheduling Meeting Joliet Park District (see enclosed map)

Why Joliet? Joliet is kind of centrally located in the State (I know the South people would consider this not quite central but to the Northerners this is South so at least we have tried philosophical geography) and Jennifer Stempien has offered her facility for our use. Thank you Jennifer!

Safety Course: As you know all Professional Members next year must be safety certified. Since Meet Directors need to be Professional Members

ALL MEET DIRECTORS MUST ALSO BE SAFETY CERTIFIED TO RECEIVE A SANCTION

This does include parents that will operate as meet directors. This does not mean everybody on the floor needs to be safety Certified.

Thing we need you to do
For Explanation of Bid Procedure please refer to your Illinois Rules and Policies book 2-5
Meet bid form for Phase 1 Must include
Each meet must have its own Priority number #1, #2, #3, etc (ex. may not have more than one #1 unless same weekend)
Level wish to run ( it is very helpful if you can signify which days your each level will be i.e. Comp Sat, Opt Sun This will help the assignors and make it more efficient
Number of Session reminder 8 Judges will only be assigned to 2 session per day meets
Number of Judges needed
State Series Bid Form (will be awarded at Board Mtg. @ Joliet 10:00am

Bids must be completely filled out or we will be forced to withdraw the Bid from consideration
