TOP Changes for the 2003 TOP Season

PUSH-UPS  Push-ups will be timed for 60 seconds!
RT/LT SPLITS Right and Left Leg Splits will be averaged for one score.
PRESS HANDSTAND  Arms and Legs MUST be straight for a Press Handstand to count.
ROPE CLIMB Rope Climb deductions will be halved for the 7-8 Year olds. (.5 sec for each fault)

*All other Physical Abilities tests will remain the same. There were NO changes to the Skills Tests.
